Our Aurora Borealis tours are designed to be conducted at a lake or a viewing location (cabin) depending on cloud cover and Aurora Borealis conditions. However, please note that we may decide to stay in cabins depending on the weather conditions and other factors. (The tour will include both mobile and stay-at-cabin tours.)
Please note that the tour may be conducted by an English-speaking guide.
Please note that you cannot choose whether to stay in a mobile or stay-at-home cabin.

    • How can I join a tour if I arrive at Yellowknife Airport after 8pm?
      You will wait at the airport for the bus that will take you directly to your tour.
    • What is the schedule if the departure time from Yellowknife airport is 5am?
      After the tour, you will arrive at the hotel around 3:00 a.m. Please pick up your luggage and we will take you to the airport. We will pick up your luggage and take you to the airport. Please note that we cannot take you directly to the airport after the tour.
    • Can I participate in the tour if I arrive at Yellowknife Airport late at night?
      Yes, we will be able to accommodate you, although the tour will end at the same time as the others. The tour will end at the same time as the other guests, so it will be shorter, but you will still be able to join us!

The city is divided into three areas. The center of the city is Downtown, where you will stay, Old Town, the birthplace of Yellowknife, and New Town
